 Compound Semiconductors:
This paper deals with the different compound semiconductors, their applications and properties. The paper also presents a case study of the different properties and presents an earnest addition in the altering of the properties to have some useful applications.

  Fuzzy and Neural Networks:
This paper present some of the applications of fuzzy and neural networks. The mathematic fundamentals that are needed for the fuzzy and neural networks applications are discussed. The fuzzy rules are also elucidated in this paper.

Recent trends in Renewable energy resources:
Electricity is no more a luxury but a necessity. Due to the limitations of conventional Non-renewable resources, we go for Non-conventional renewable resources. Wind Energy being one of the major source of such energy. The EM Radiation from the sun, concentrated on paraboloid  concentrators forms an effective resource for energy. If the energy from the ocean  is used we could generate 5 times of energy than requirement.

FPGA Based Selective Electrical Stimulation Of Urinary Bladder

This paper aims at rectifying the dysfunction of the urinary bladder which is caused by the micturition. The Scaral roots are stimulated using FPGA based controller, an implant and a hand held controller. The stimulation parameters are sent to the implant by FPGA programmed using VHDL .

DSP on FPGA (A Distributed Arithmetic Approach)
This paper presents the method of Distributed Arithmetic Approach used to implement the DSP function on an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays). DSP functions are analogous to the Sum of Products (SOP) form encountered in Digital Electronics. So it is easier to implement DSP functions in FPGA using DAA algorithm.

  Digital Image Processing

This paper covers the basics of image processing while concentrating on image compression as a major part. This paper also covers a case study of an application of image processing in diagnosis of myocardial infarction.

Real Time applications of embedded systems
This paper presents two of the real time applications of embedded systems. the first one is a real time music synthesizer that gets the user input and playback a closely related music stored in the buffer. Another application is based on ASIC in medical technology. This uses a microcontroller for processing the inputs obtained from human body in realtime to give the accurate directions to be taken, thus helping the patient to survive.
